Luke brings a strength in financial analysis, problem-solving, and deal structuring to iQ. He holds a BCom in Finance from Dalhousie University and has worked at Citco and Atlantic Central League Savings & Mortgage.

Luke, as a Commercial Relationship Manager, specialized in CMHC-insured mortgages under the MLI Select and Standard Rental Housing programs. He gained experience in structuring complex financing through due diligence, market research, and risk compliance. He prepared credit applications, commitment letters, and insurance documents, contributed to credit committees, and supported treasury with loan funding and securitization.

Along the way, he built strong networks with borrowers, brokers, lenders, accountants, and syndication partners—relationships that continue to inform his client-focused approach. He works closely with stakeholders to deliver clear, client-centred solutions.
