Known for his relationship-driven approach, Kim works closely with small and medium-sized businesses to guide them through financing decisions with clarity and confidence. His career includes progressive roles at BDC, where he served as Client Partner and Business Development Lead, as well as leadership positions at National Bank of Canada and Assumption Life. These experiences have given him a strong foundation in building client relationships, managing pipelines, and driving sustainable growth. Kim is recognized for his ability to simplify complex financial situations and build lasting partnerships. A bilingual professional fluent in English and French, he holds an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and is passionate about supporting underrepresented entrepreneurs and strengthening the business community.
