A common misperception is we simply finance commercial projects, but that couldn’t be further from the iQ Client Experience. We’re involved in every stage of the project, and when an unforeseen obstacle arises we’re there with a team of solutions. If the construction budget is too high in the pre-development phase, our analysts and appraisers start reviewing it line by line. If significant onsite delays occur – were working with designers, project managers and the lender to make life easy for our iQ Clients.
