Brenner Strickland brings a deep passion for real estate, shaped by his family background in construction. He has been instrumental in the growth of iQ Commercial, serving as a Senior Underwriter with experience across all asset classes and specializing in multi residential properties. Prior to joining iQ Commercial, he was a Commercial Account Manager at RBC, managing a diverse real estate and construction portfolio where he provided strategic financing solutions to developers, homebuilders, and real estate investors.
Brenner gained valuable insight into large-scale construction and project management while working as part of Pomerleau’s deal team for a $300 million courthouse project. This combination of financial and development experience allows Brenner to offer a valuable perspective, bridging the gap between capital and construction.
