UK and now proudly based in Moncton, Harshith brings a global perspective and a deep passion for real estate to our team. After earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from St. Francis Xavier University, he gained hands-on experience at BMO and TD Bank, developing a strong foundation in lending and client relationships. “Real estate is more than just numbers – it’s about helping shape the skylines of our cities and watching clients’ dreams take physical form.” That sense of possibility fuels his commitment to every project. iQ commercial lets you move beyond the single-lender approach and explore more creative, flexible solutions for clients. “My goal? To give honest, upfront advice – so clear expectations are set, goals are aligned & trust is built.” Outside the office, Harshith is just as engaged in community life, serving on the boards of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Moncton and Squash New Brunswick.
