Throughout his career at BDC and the National Bank of Canada, Kim has held progressive leadership roles where he has built and led high-performing teams, strengthened client portfolios, and delivered sustainable business growth. As Manager, Business Centre at BDC, he played a key leadership role in developing talent, coaching team members, managing complex pipelines, and expanding market presence.
Kim is recognized for his ability to simplify complex financial situations, empower teams, and build lasting client partnerships. A bilingual professional fluent in English and French, he holds an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and is passionate about supporting underrepresented entrepreneurs and contributing to a thriving business community.
