Mark brings 30 years’ experience of financing commercial real estate and construction loans, with a career spanning both the UK and Canada. Starting in the UK with institutions such as BNP Paribas, Barclays Bank and Bank of Scotland, Mark developed a strong foundation in the finance industry.
In Canada, Mark spent 15 years in the credit union system with Atlantic Central League Savings & Mortgage, successfully developing $2bn of commercial real estate loans. Additionally, Mark spearheaded the development of a syndication portfolio that generates over $20M annually for syndicate partners and developed an off-balance sheet portfolio of securitized multi-residential loans totaling $4bn.
Mark’s professional journey is driven by a core belief in creating value enhancing relationships through accessibility, transparency and honesty. This principle continues to be the cornerstone of his career.
