He provides customers with true market intelligence in a way that’s easy to understand. Richard’s career began with TD Bank in 2007 and quickly grew from retail banking -to the position of Senior Director of Diversified Industries with BMO Corporate Finance Division. In this role Richard assisted operating companies in the upper mid-market space of $10MM-$500MM with financing. With numerous successful real estate holdings of his own, Richard’s passion for sound investment practices speaks volumes to his dedication for understanding and serving clients with verified market insight. As a Vice President at iQ Commercial, Richard is driven by a desire to work closely with many of Atlantic Canada’s largest real estate developers and landlords -assisting on commercial construction projects and working directly with CMHC on their behalf.
