Sheila brings a wealth of experience as an appraisal and valuation specialist, including 12 years with the Altus Group – one of Canada’s leading appraisal firms. With more than 2000 appraisals totalling approximately $2 billion in valuation she is well respected for her in-depth understanding of the Atlantic Canadian market. In addition to her AACI, P. App designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) – Sheila’s key clients have included Slate Office REIT, True North Commercial REIT, TransGlobe Apartment REIT, Northview Apartment REIT, and Strategic Group’s Atlantic Portfolio. Sheila is an active member of the NB Association of Real Estate Appraisers and has chaired several committees within the organization including her current position as Chair of Nominations, Elections and Awards Committee.
