Stephanie Bousquet, our Director of Credit & Underwriting, has always believed in the mantra, “Never allow your ego to diminish your ability to listen”. With over 30 years of experience in the ever-evolving real estate industry, Stephanie understands the importance of listening to customers and adapting to changes. As a guide for each customer, she believes in helping them make the best decisions for their unique situation. Her experience in various roles, including Account Manager, Multi-Residential Specialist, and Commercial Credit Analysis, has given her a deep understanding of the mortgage industry. These previous roles have seen her manage portfolios with lending needs from under $1M to $100M. She has collaborated directly with lenders to build straightforward and concise applications that save customers time by answering CMHC’s questions and allowing them to assess risk promptly. Stephanie’s extensive experience living and working in multiple thriving real estate markets within Canada, including Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary, and Halifax, has given her a valuable understanding of the credit underwriting process and risk mitigation. Her passion for establishing strong connections with clients from diverse backgrounds makes her stand out. She has proudly made her home in the Maritimes and is thrilled to be part of a closely-knit local team.
