Her experience in analyzing borrowers finances, drafting property narratives and reviewing third party reports is just a sample of the ‘leave no stone unturned’ level of review her clients have come to expect. She has leveraged this commercial real estate insight in various roles, always ensuring all parties are informed and thorough in their review of the opportunity. Her specialization in leading the Closing Process makes her a valuable member of the IQ commercial team. Prior to joining the iQ Commercial team, Tanvi served as a Senior Credit Closing analyst with Berkadia Proprietary Holding LLC, a leader in commercial real estate. When she isn’t scrutinizing the fine print, Tanvi can be found supporting team growth through training, mentoring and preparing for the next possibility.
