Business Development Manager Commercial Finance / An Absolute Legend

Tom passed away in November 2024 and is dearly missed by everyone at iQ Commercial. Tom served as the Business Development Manager of iQ Commercial and brought over 30 years of experience in sales and client relationships. His career began in residential and commercial real estate sales, collaborating with land developers and construction firms in Toronto, Ontario, during the early 1970s. In 1980, Tom transitioned from real estate to manage an American company in Canada, where he oversaw all aspects of its day-to-day operations. In 2011, he returned to the real estate sector to take on the role of Business Development Manager at iQ Commercial. Tom was a devoted husband to his wife of 37 years, and together they made their home in Riverview, NB, for over three decades. His legacy will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing him. Tom was an important part of iQ, but most importantly he was an amazing Father, Husband, Grandfather, Brother, Uncle and Friend. We love you, Tom!
