Adèle brings a strategic, solution-driven approach to commercial real estate financing, helping clients navigate challenges and structure successful deals. With 15+ years of experience in financial and insurance sectors, she specializes in identifying opportunities and guiding developers through complex transactions. Prior to joining iQ Commercial, she was Senior Manager in Multi-Unit Underwriting at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), where she led a team of underwriters in delivering multi-unit mortgage loan insurance. Her career also includes serving as Vice President of Programs at Reid & Bradley’s Insurance Ltd. (now part of BMS Group), where she developed customized national insurance programs, and managed high-value accounts, including federal crown corporations while at Marsh Canada Limited. Adèle’s extensive experience, combined with her practical and client-focused approach, makes her an invaluable partner to developers and real estate investors looking to maximize their opportunities.
