Greg is the Founder and President of iQ Commercial Mortgage Strategy. iQ Commercial Mortgage has been in operation since 2009. His post-secondary academic background includes a Business Administration Degree from UNB, with a concentration in Finance. Greg’s experience before iQ Commercial included working at Turner Drake and Partners Ltd. where he was responsible for land, commercial and industrial property valuation. In addition, Greg also assisted the property tax division with inspections and research analysis support, and in the Counselling, Division conducting market surveys for the Atlantic Canadian real estate market. Prior to Turner Drake, Greg worked with Avide Developments, a Real Estate Development firm located in Moncton, NB where he was responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of a database for their new construction management software.
