We’re involved in every stage of the project, and when an unforeseen obstacle arises we’re there with a team of solutions. If the construction budget is too high in the pre-development phase, our analysts and appraisers start reviewing it line by line. If significant onsite delays occur – were working with designers, project managers and the lender to make life easy for our iQ Clients.
