Greg is the Founder and President of iQ Commercial Mortgage Strategy. iQ Commercial Mortgage has been in operation since 2009. His post-secondary academic background includes a Business Administration Degree from UNB, with a concentration in Finance.

Greg's experience prior to iQ Commercial, included working at Turner Drake and Partners Ltd. where he was responsible for land, commercial and industrial property valuation. In addition Greg also assisted the property tax division with inspections and research analysis support, and in the in the Counselling Division conducting market surveys for the Atlantic Canadian real estate market.

Prior to Turner Drake, Greg worked with Avide Developments, a Real Estate Development firm located in Moncton, NB where he was responsible for the planning, development and implementation a database for their new construction management software.


Richard Tower

Managing Partner & Vice President

Prior to Richard’s role as VP and Managing Partner in 2015, he was the Sr. Commercial Account manager at RBC for 8 years where he specialized in providing expertise to meet the unique needs of commercial property owners and heavy construction contractors. Prior to that he worked for more than 12 years at RBC in various management positions at the national contact center, and as Assistant Manager at the Main Branch in Moncton, NB

A native of Sackville, NB, Richard holds a BSc Degree in Business from DeVry, Calgary, and an Investment Funds Canada Certificate from the Institute of Canadian Bankers.

Richard is an active member of the Moncton Riverview West Rotary Club, Moncton Squash Club and is a Director with Squash NB. He lives in Moncton, NB with his wife Alison, son Benjamin and daughter Lillian.


Tom Inglis

Business Development Manager

Tom is the Business Development Manager of iQ Commercial, and has over 30 years experience in sales and client relationships. His career began in Residential and Commercial real estate sales, working with land developers and construction firms in Toronto, Ontario in the early 70's.

In 1980, Tom left the real estate industry to manage an American company in Canada where he was responsible for all aspects of their day-to-day operations. In 2011 he returned to assume the role of Business Development Manager.

Tom and his wife of 37 years have lived in Riverview, NB for over 30 years.


Steve Foot

Managing Partner
Halifax, Nova Scotia

Before joining iQ Commercial, Steve worked with GE Capital and Wells Fargo as the sole commercial finance representative for the Atlantic region. During his time at these institutions he structured more than $100 Million in commercial transportation and construction financing. Steve’s career has focused on strategic solutions for both the short and long- term growth of his clients. Before his banking career Steve managed the commercial diesel business and a portfolio of 60 commercial properties at Irving Oil.


Chantel Harris

She leaves no stone unturned, question unanswered - and she always speaks her mind. We refer to Chantel as our efficient perfectionist, armed with analytical skills and clarity that would make the toughest lending specialist smile. But it may be her ability to manage multiple tasks and hit deadlines without missing a beat that has earned the respect of her teammates.

Chantel holds a Master of Business Administration from Université de Moncton, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from Acadia University. Combine education with her frontline experience as CBCL’s Contract Administrator and her roles as both Operations and Financial Analyst for ExxonMobil - and she is the perfect fit for our iQ Commercial culture and clientele.

Born and raised in Moncton, Chantel has never been one to shy away from a challenge. Her competitive nature has allowed her to excel in CrossFit, rugby – and just about anything else she puts her mind to.



Sheila Fitzpatrick

Senior Analyst
Moncton, New Brunswick

Sheila brings a wealth of experience as an appraisal and valuation specialist, including 12 years with the Altus Group - one of Canada’s leading appraisal firms. With more than 2000 appraisals totaling approximately $2 billion in valuation she is well respected for her in-depth understanding of the Atlantic Canadian market.

In addition to her AACI, P. App designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) – Sheila’s key clients have included Slate Office REIT, True North Commercial REIT, TransGlobe Apartment REIT, Northview Apartment REIT, and Strategic Group’s Atlantic Portfolio.

Sheila is an active member in NB Association of Real Estate Appraisers, and has chaired a number of committees within the organization including her current position as Chair of Nominations, Elections and Awards Committee.


Falon Cameron

Mortgage Coordinator

Three steps ahead, is how our managing partners usually describe Falon. Her sharp eye for detail, and ability to balance multiple responsibilities on the top of a pin make her indispensable to the IQ team and our clients.

Falon carries forward critical skills from her previous role as Community Manager of Workspace Atlantic. Her ability to anticipate client needs, build relationships, and facilitate problem solving all serve her well in the management of our day to day operations.

In her spare time, Falon is also an active member of the Canadian Progress Club, and serves on the board of The Hub City Young Professionals Network.



Samuel Grandmaison

Samuel has always had a unique ability to see the big picture, while leveraging a highly developed analytical approach towards business growth.

Samuel has leveraged his business development acumen within a wide variety of sectors, with the goal of creating additional value streams for clients. From the airline industry to Atlantic Canada’s ski resort industry, he’s earned a strong reputation as a data-driven business analyst - with a proven eye for opportunity.

Prior to joining the iQ Commercial team, Samuel served as Director of International Sales at Masitek, a global leader in virtual remote systems. As part of the senior management team he developed strategic B2B partnerships with industry leaders - helping the company navigate a path toward unprecedented growth.
